Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post. We have the option of Standard Shipping for a flat rate of $10, free Domestic Standard Shipping for orders over $200, or Express Shipping for a flat rate of $15. Standard orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days and express orders are shipped within 1 business day of your order date. We send all domestic orders from our address in Sydney, Australia, 2015. To calculate your delivery time, please click here. We offer the packaging option of either a Buvy branded box, or a biodegradable clear bag - please make your selection at the checkout. All orders are sent in a sustainable satchel bag.

Domestic shipping includes email updates and will require a signature on delivery. If you are not home to sign for your parcel, a card will be left and the parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post Office. If this is not collected within 10 working days, the parcel will be returned to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the delivery services of Australia Post, or any other courier service. In the unlikely case that your parcel is missing, please contact us and we will do our best to track it down for you. Any missing/stolen parcels, or undelivered parcels due to incorrect addresses or information entered, cannot be replaced by Buvy Jewellery.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped with Australia Post within 1 - 2 business days of your order date, for a flat rate of $20. We send all international orders with Standard Shipping from our address in Sydney, Australia, 2015. To calculate your international delivery time, please click here. We offer the packaging option of either a Buvy branded box, or a biodegradable clear bag - please make your selection at the checkout. All orders are sent in a sustainable satchel bag.

All customs and duties charges are the responsibility of the customer and are charged by your local government. Each country has different fees, please check here to calculate an estimate of the customs and duties fees you may be charged.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for Earrings due to hygiene reasons. Please ensure you check the sizing and measurements of all Earrings before ordering.

All other items are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Please email us with your name and order number, to advise us of your return : hello@buvy.com.au

Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Once shipped back to us, we will refund your order via your original payment method. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the funds to return back to your account.

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please email us immediately with your name, your order number, and an image of the fault to: hello@buvy.com.au

Once we have assessed the item, we will let you know if you are eligible for your choice of a full refund or a replacement item. If the style is out of stock we will issue you with a credit note upon request. In order to issue a refund, exchange, or credit note, we will require the faulty item to be sent back to us. We will create a return shipping label and send this to you via email to attach to the returning parcel.

Unfortunately, without the physical item, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or credit note.
